By using LinkPulse, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
LinkPulse is a URL shortening service with analytics. We provide tools to create shortened links, track clicks, and view usage analytics. The service is available in Free, Pro, and Agency tiers.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use LinkPulse for illegal purposes, spam, phishing, malware distribution, or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Billing & Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will revert to the Free tier at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.
6. Plan Limits
Each plan has specific limits on the number of links and features available. LinkPulse enforces these limits automatically. Exceeding plan limits requires upgrading to a higher tier.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
LinkPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
